Payment runs through Stripe: credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit and more. Businesses enter their VAT ID and receive a reverse-charge invoice.
Get access
As soon as the payment has arrived you automatically receive an e-mail with the Zoom link, passcode and a calendar invitation.

We meet in a small group on Zoom: input, exercises, discussion and your questions. No recording, but real interaction.
Frequently asked questions
All trainings take place live on Zoom in small groups of at most 10 participants. You get compact input, work on your own examples in guided exercises and can ask questions at any time. There is no recording; you receive the slides by e-mail afterwards.
English by default. The language of each date is shown when you choose it. For teams I also offer the trainings in German.
Payment runs through Stripe. Depending on your country you can pay by credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your payment details never reach my server.
Yes. The invoice is created automatically and sent by e-mail. EU businesses enter their VAT ID at checkout; the invoice is then issued without Austrian VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Reverse charge (invoice without VAT) only works if the billing address and the VAT ID match, i.e. are in the same country. If you enter, for example, an Austrian address but a German VAT ID, the invoice is issued with Austrian VAT. At checkout, please enter the billing address of the company the VAT ID belongs to. If something does not fit, please e-mail me before you book.
Yes, up to 10 seats per booking; you choose the number on the payment page. Simply forward the access details to your colleagues. For whole teams or custom content I offer in-house trainings.
Up to 48 hours before the start you can switch to another date free of charge or name a substitute participant. Just send me an e-mail. Consumers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, see the terms and conditions.
A computer with a stable internet connection, camera and microphone, and the Zoom client or an up-to-date browser. Pen and paper or a digital whiteboard help with the exercises.
