Refund policy

EU, UK & Switzerland

Consumers residing in the EU, the UK, or Switzerland have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the date the contract is concluded (§11 FAGG).

The right of withdrawal expires early (§18 Abs 1 Z 11 FAGG) if:

  • You expressly agree that the provision of the service may begin before the withdrawal period ends.
  • You confirm that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the early provision begins.
  • The goods are personalized.
  • Digital content has been viewed or downloaded.
  • Trainings, courses, workshops, or events have been fully delivered.

This confirmation includes the text of your consent as well as our notice regarding the loss of your withdrawal right. If you withdraw after the start of performance (based on your request), you must pay compensation corresponding to the proportion of services already provided relative to the total price (§ 18 Abs. 3 FAGG).

Business customers are not entitled to a right of withdrawal under distance selling law.


Other Countries

We offer customers of other countries a voluntary refund and cancellation option, in addition to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in their state or province. All requests must be submitted in writing to our support email address and must include proof of purchase.

1. Digital Products

All sales of digital products become final once they have been accessed, downloaded, or streamed. If the customer has not used or accessed the product, cancellation may be requested within 7 days of purchase. Technical verification may be required.

2. Online Courses, Live Trainings, Workshops, Coaching & Mentoring

Cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Up to 14 days before the start date: 100% refund
  • 13–1 days before the start date: 50% refund
  • On the event day or in case of no-show: No refund

Customers may appoint a replacement participant at no additional charge.
Once a service has begun, refunds are only granted if a substantial part of the service cannot be delivered and no equivalent alternative is offered; partial refunds may be prorated.

3. Physical Products

Physical items (e.g., books) may be returned within 30 days if unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed after inspection; shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery. We may replace, repair, or refund the item. Evidence such as photos may be required.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • accessed/downloaded digital products,
  • fully delivered services,
  • personalized or custom-made items,
  • discounted items marked as final sale.

6. Refund Method and Chargebacks

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and currency, minus any non-recoverable payment processor fees where legally permitted. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days. Customers agree to contact us before initiating chargebacks; unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated fees where legally permissible.
